As the programme evolves, the other spaces take over. The Pitis ideal for breakout sessions and roundtable discussions. The Arch welcomes guests and encourages the first conversations before the conference begins. The Gold and The Red provide quiet spaces for private meetings, interviews or small group sessions throughout the day.

Outside, The Courtyard offers a refreshing change of pace. Guests can enjoy lunch in the open air, grab a coffee between sessions or continue conversations over networking drinks long after the final presentation has ended.

Behind the scenes, every detail is carefully planned. From wayfinding and timing to room layouts and branding, we make sure guests always know where to go next. Looking for complete peace of mind? We can visualise the entire conference in 3D before the event, including room layouts, visitor flow and branding.

The Main serves as the central stage for keynote presentations and plenary sessions, while The Pit, The Arch, The Gold and The Redprovide flexible spaces for workshops, roundtable discussions and smaller presentations.

Need more room for parallel sessions? The glasshouse in The Courtyard can also be transformed into an additional conference space. This allows your programme to grow while remaining clear, organised and easy for guests to navigate.
